Printing/Jewellery
I fell in love with Printmaking over 30 years ago in Art School in Dublin. I carve primarily relief prints out of wood or lino, then I roll ink on the surface and using various presses I hand pull prints on paper or textiles.
As a jeweller, I graduated from Haliburton School of Art + Design with a Jewellery Certificate from Fleming College. I work with multi-metals and sterling silver, semi-precious stones, and hand carved stone pieces.
In both my prints and my jewellery you will find nature-Inspired art spawed from the woods, rocks and water that surrounds us in Muskoka. I see beauty in the shapes of vines, flowers, leaves, animals, landscapes and nostalgia.
